Those boots are made for…

I love when the season changes to autumn winter in the fashion world, for one main reason. Black boots – flat boots, heeled boots, shoe boots, knee-high boots…

To some people they all look the same, to me, they are all works of art, architectural beauties which elevate you and are the perfect finish to an otherwise casual look.

Here are my top choices for the season ahead…

Topshop £120

Chloe at Farfetch £395

Stella McCartney at Farfetch £590

Zara £59.99

Reiss £195

Madonna at Selfridges £130

I really can’t decide which ones I like best – maybe I could get them all at a reasonable grand total of £1,489.99…?  Think I’ll be purchasing a few scratch cards tomorrow…

A treat for the weekend: 15% off at UO

It’s Friday! And a Bank Holiday weekend! And to celebrate, a spot of shopping is always good – and even better when you find an outfit like this…

Urban Outfitters have currently got 15% off online over Bank Holiday – yet another reason to tempt those with no will-power or self-control (myself included) into the glossy images of the Urban Outfitters Boutique section.

This outfit by Carin Wester is a great transitional look.  The sunshine yellow polo keeps it fresh and ‘summer’ like on these nights that are slowly drawing in, whilst the long sleeves and printed trousers mean that we can fashion this even though those temperatures are slowing dropping.

To finish off the look, I’d add this beautiful bracelet from Rosantica at Farfetch (£214) and this Topshop bag (£95) which, dare I say it, TOTES amazing.

Must-Have Treat of the Day

These patent beauties are even more covetable knowing they are shipped over from super chic Paris.

Like an LBD, every girl should own a pair of black heeled pumps – and to me, these Giuseppe Zanotti heels are the perfect ones. Just beautiful in shape, heel height and toe shape. I’m a little bit in love.

Check out, for more nuggets of style from across the globe.

If you’re going to invest in any clutch bag this season, make sure it’s this little beauty from Reiss.

One of my favourite brands, Reiss, always deliver when it comes to staying on trend with a clean, edgier direction.

Moving into AW12, this bag (£120) works well into next season’s colour palette, as well as the bold print trend.

This dress (£60) is perfect under a blazer of an evening, or in the daytime with studded flat sandals…

Topshop Boutique is my go-to for simple wardrobe basics, which flatter your body shape and look beautiful with denim.

I just love this necklace (£85) from Gemma Lister at Farfetch. It’s delicate, feminine, yet adds a sense of masculinity with it’s strong cubic lines.  Again, perfect for the upcoming geometric digital print trend.
